Sale of Retreat Services

Oasis Heritage Wellness

At Oasis Heritage Wellness, we approach every aspect of your experience with care, discretion, and precision, including how our services are delivered.

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and provision of services by Oasis Heritage Wellness (“Oasis”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By confirming a booking, you (“Guest”, “you”) agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Oasis provides private, personalised wellness retreat experiences, including consultations, therapies, accommodation, and nutritional programmes.

All programmes are tailored and prepared in advance based on your submitted health and lifestyle information.

2. Eligibility & Application

All retreat bookings are subject to:

  • Completion of a private application and/or consultation

  • Assessment of suitability for the selected programme

Oasis reserves the right to decline a booking where we believe the retreat is not appropriate for your needs.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

3.1 Reservation Deposit

To secure your retreat, a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total retreat fee is required at the time of booking.

Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3.2 Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due:

  • 30 days prior to your retreat start date

For bookings made within 30 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation Policy

Due to the highly personalised and limited-capacity nature of Oasis retreats, the following cancellation terms apply:

4.1 Guest Cancellations

  • Deposit (40%) → non-refundable in all circumstances

  • More than 30 days prior → remaining balance refunded (if paid)

  • 14 - 30 days prior → 50% of total retreat fee payable

  • Less than 14 days prior → 100% of total retreat fee payable

Each Oasis retreat is reserved in limited number and prepared with personalised approach and dedicated practitioner allocation. As such, late changes impact not only availability, but the integrity of the experience. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.

4.2 Exceptional Circumstances

In certain cases (e.g. medical emergencies), Oasis may, at its discretion, offer a credit note valid for a future retreat.

5. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans may change. To maintain fairness and availability:

  • More than 30 days’ notice → one complimentary reschedule permitted

  • 14 - 30 days’ notice → reschedule subject to £250 administration fee

  • Less than 14 days’ notice → treated as cancellation

All rescheduled retreats must be taken within 12 months, subject to availability.

6. Oasis-Initiated Changes

In the unlikely event Oasis needs to reschedule or cancel a retreat (e.g. due to operational or safety reasons):

  • A full refund or alternative date will be offered

  • Oasis shall not be liable for external costs (e.g. travel arrangements)

7. Health & Personal Responsibility

Guests agree that:

  • All health information provided is accurate and complete

  • Retreat services are supportive in nature and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or emergency care

Oasis reserves the right to modify or withdraw therapies and treatments where necessary for your safety.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

All personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and treated with strict confidentiality.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Oasis shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss

  • Our liability is limited to the total retreat fee paid

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for:

  • Travel arrangements

  • Appropriate travel and health insurance

We strongly recommend insurance covering cancellation and medical contingencies.

11. Force Majeure

Oasis shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, travel disruption, or government restrictions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.

We are committed to maintaining the integrity, discretion, and considered nature of every Oasis experience.
